We hope you love your order. If you change your mind, here's how returns work.

Your right to cancel
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back to us.

How to start a return
Email info@stagnescandleco.co.uk with your order number and the items you'd like to return. Please send returns to: St Agnes Candle Co, Brynmawr Farm, Wheal Butson, St Agnes TR5 0PT, United Kingdom.

Return postage
You pay the cost of sending items back, unless they are faulty or not as described.

Condition of returns
Please return items in the condition you received them, packed carefully so they arrive safely. We may deduct an amount from your refund if an item's value has been reduced by handling it more than was needed to check it.

Refunds
When you cancel, we'll refund the price of the items plus the original standard delivery charge (if you chose a more expensive delivery option, we only refund the cost of our standard delivery). We'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. Return postage remains your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@stagnescandleco.co.uk within 30 days of receiving it and we'll offer a free replacement or a refund, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
